I have been quite obsessed with the British TV show SKINS for quite a while, I mean I got my best friend into it and all. It's the realest show I know,it makes you laugh, it breaks your heart, it makes you think....God  i love that. God, i love this show.  And though America is making  their own version, I am far from excited for it.  Seen the preview already, and let  me tell ya', It looks so terrible. It's just Bullocks. I mean how did they even try. Anyways, here's one of my favorite scenes from one of the very first episodes:

Birkin.

I've heard of  the Hermes Birkin bag, and never thought there was a back story. until GOOGLING,( thank goodness for GOOGGLE) a British 60's actress, by the name of Jane Birkin. Not only was she the inspiration for the Birkin bag, she was a successful singer and actress, not to mention fashionista. She is definitely a style icon.

I have those days where I just want to get dressed, look pretty, put a smile on and march out the door. I don't know where I'm headed, or what time it is, but that doesn't matter because, all that matters is me being happy. I guess today is one of those days, one of those silly day dreaming days.
